WHY?
Presiding officer Satya Sharma said house proceedings cannot be conducted amid sloganeering from both AAP and BJP councilors.

Voters for the mayor's election are the 250 councilors, seven Lok Sabha and three Rajya Sabha MPs from Delhi, and 14 MLAs nominated by the Legislative Assembly.
AAP mayoral candidate is Shelly Oberoi and BJP's candidate is Rekha Gupta.
